Land & water sports

Discover Greifswald on land, on water and from the air

Greifswald is a city by the sea - more precisely on the Greifswalder Bodden. The bay in the southern Baltic Sea is a popular water sports area. Especially during the summer months, sailing boats, windsurfers and paddlers frolic on the waters around the city. Signposted cycle paths such as the Baltic Coast Cycle Path also lead through Greifswald. A sightseeing flight with a helicopter or a paddling tour on the Ryck offers a particularly beautiful view of the city and the Bodden.
